"Month-of" wedding coordination, but make it extra!

Let us take over 30 days prior to your wedding day, to take all of the planning you’ve done and tie it up in a bow and execute it beautifully. It’s our job to handle all of the vendor communication before and during your event, so that you can enjoy the best party of your lives. We’ll handle décor setup, timeline management, and everything in-between.

Pre-Wedding Day (3 hours of pre-event planning support)

• Initial in-person/video meeting to go over preliminary details and needs

• Vendor timeline creation, email support, and contract reviews – ensuring smooth

• day-of arrivals, drop-offs, etc.

• Venue floor plan assistance

• Wedding vision/color scheme/design support and suggestions

• Complementary custom calligraphy signage

• 1 large sign or 2 smaller signs (example on calligraphy page)

• Check-in and final timeline delivery to vendors the week of wedding

Ceremony/Reception Coordination (10-hours of day-of event management)

• Venue décor set-up for ceremony and reception sites (not handled by specific

• vendors making sure all commitments are fulfilled)

• Distribute bouquets and corsages, assist in pinning on boutonnieres

• Lineup and cue wedding party and DJ/musicians

• Vendor and timeline management throughout the day – coordinate times between photographer, florist, baker, officiant, DJ, caterer, etc. ensuring key moments are timely and smooth up until the last scheduled event – typically when the dance party starts!

• Deliver final payments and gratuity to vendors

• Return to execute end of night pack-up of gifts/cards, décor

• Full use and availability of Bridal Emergency Kit
