For the second installment of our venue spotlight, we're talking about our favorite COLORADO CLASSIC wedding venues. The good news here, folks? We can talk about planning a "Classic Colorado Wedding" without even mentioning the uber-rustic past expectations of these celebrations. Woo hoo!

Though it’s hard to choose, Della Terra might just be our favorite event space in the Rocky Mountains. Located just 90 minutes from Denver and just an hour outside of Boulder, Della Terra’s location alone has us sold. We LOVE that this venue gives guests the feel of a true Colorado mountain wedding without being as remote as most mountain venues. Just up the road from central Estes Park, this swoon-worthy venue gives out-of-town guests an awesome excuse to explore the streets of this little mountain town, or venture just up the road to Rocky Mountain National Park. This space offers flexibility for stunning outdoor or indoor ceremonies, which is ideal for Colorado’s inevitable crazy weather. The Della Terra staff is phenomenal (set up a tour and you’ll agree), and the on-site luxury suites make for an easy escape to enjoy your first night as newlyweds. Larkspur, Colorado is home to Spruce Mountain Ranch – a sprawling venue with drop-dead gorgeous views. Our clients love this venue’s rustic feel, and we love that they’ve thought of every detail when it comes to accommodating couples and their guests. Multiple spaces and views within the venue give you options when it comes to your reception and ceremony sites. To us, Spruce Mountain Ranch seems GRAND and we love it for that. Even the “getting ready” spaces are photogenic! While this venue is open to hosting more than one wedding per day, they book up quickly.
