Old Hollywood Glam Wedding in Buena Vista, Colorado

This old Hollywood glam wedding at Surf Hotel in the small mountain town of Buena Vista, Colorado was inspired by the fabulous 50s and the bride’s popular Denver antique shop Zarella Vintage. Combining the modern and organic features of the venue, Curate Events and Design created a chic and elegant atmosphere with the help of Marked by Alex's’ floral artistry. Single rose stems adorned with thin pearl bows, a twinkle-lit custom escort display by Paper and Dust Co., and a starlight viewing of the original Casablanca film, were just a few of the many unique details of this dreamy fete.

With mountain views as the backdrop, the classic 53’ Chevy Corvette met the couple during their first look and gave them their getaway moment through the cobblestone streets of the venue’s neighborhood. The bridal gowns designed by well-known Katherine Tash and Elliatt were featured effortlessly in the luxurious and intimate portraits captured by Josie Brooks and Blair Elizabeth Films. Ending the evening with a personal cake adorned with glittery cherries and an always epic dance party by The Get Down, this couple set the stage for an unforgettable day for their out-of-town guests.
